Veteran artist Lam Chung, who has been in many classic films like A BETTER TOMORROW II and BULLET IN THE HEAD, two nights ago passed away from heart disease. Tin Kai Man confirmed the news. Lam Chung was born in Macau in 1945 and grew up in Hong Kong. He worked with Chow Yun Fat, Tony Leung Chiu Wai and others in almost 100 movies. He also participated in many series and directed. He excelled in playing villains and tough guys. In December last year he was still working on a series and played a grandfather.
