Veronica Yip Yuk Hing returned to Hong Kong for a Lunar New Year film. Her husband Wu Siu Ming was by her side. Yesterday Hing Hing went to the Tseung Kwan O Television City for the first time for an interview. She said that back then she worked at the Clearwater Bay Television City. She said that her husband only stayed in Hong Kong for a day, but he saw how she worked over night and his heart ached. He asked her not to make the movie since the contract has not been signed yet. Hing Hing explained to her husband that a film production was like that and she had a lot of fun. She even asked her on screen son Wong Cho Nam to teach her acting.
In the film she and Alan Tam Wing Lun played a couple. They have not seen each other yet but they played grandpa and grandma so they would not have any intimate scene. If they would they would scare people to death. She admitted that she was making a movie for fun and treated herself like a part time extra. Although her salary was in US dollar she had to cover her own flight and hotel. Thus she would not have much in her pocket in the end.
