Charlie Yeung Choi Nei, Liu Xiaoqing and Beijing Olympics performer Lin Miaoke yesterday attended the film 37's press conference in Tsim Sha Tsui. Director Dennis Chan Kwok Sun and actor Afeng also attended. They shared their production experience on the stage.

Liu Xiaoqing played a native born Mogolian woman in the film. Working with Yeung Choi Nei and the director, they created a valuable friendship. Why did Liu Xiaoqing accept the film? She said, "First I liked the script very much, I feel that this film can be an Oscar Best Foreign Film nominee. In addition this subject is very special, the biggest challenge in my acting career as it is different from the real me." Liu Xiaoqing expressed that the most regrettable was how short the production time was, but she praised Yeung Choi Nei's professionalism. It was a pleasure working with her and this time was a leap for Charlie's acting. She said, "By the end of the film I have to bid Yeung Choi Nei and Lin Miaoke farewell, they both begin to cry. During rehearsal everyone is already crying, so I ask the director to hurry up and shoot it." Liu Xiaoqing also praised the film and actors as outstanding as they all have the chance to win film awards.

Yeung Choi Nei expressed that she cut her hair short for the film and to coordinate her professional woman character. She said that when the director suggested it she agreed right away. Charlie said before working with Liu Xiaoqing she felt that she was very serious, but actually she was not arrogant at all. When Liu Xiaoqing sometimes saw how much she was into her performance she would come from afar to encourage her, which she was truly touched. They thus built a close relationship. She said that this veteran was too great, she was moved to tears once. Charlie expressed that the biggest reward from this production was not only meeting Liu Xiaoqing but also shoot under the blue sky and white clouds on the Inner Mongolian plains, which made she feel very gratified. Was she confident about an award with the film? Charlie expressed that she knew Liu Xiaoqing has always been serious about her acting. With her praise this time she hoped to have this opportunity. She said that she hoped to have a chance to perform and receive everyone's recognition with every film.
