Ronald Cheng Chung Kei, Michelle Wai Sze Nga, Toby Chan Ting Yan, Susan Shaw Yam Yam and Bryant Mak Chi Lok two nights ago attended the VENOM premiere. Ronald revealed that for the fourth New Year in a row he would have to work. Next Lunar New Year he would return to the Hong Kong Coliseum for a concert, the theme of which would be love and hope to encourage the people Hong Kong. His seven year old daughter also said that she wanted to sing with him on the stage!
Would he turn away film work to focus on his concert preparation? Ronald said that now he is working on the film ATONEMENT (AH LUNG)'s sound post production and would not take on other new film. Did Fan Bingbing's "yin yang contract" and tax evasion case put a halt to many films? He said, "We can't do anything about that. We have film projects, so we can only wait for when we can continue again." Were film company bosses ordered the stop as they did not dare to make movies? Ronald said, "I don't know about that, but many finished films haven't been inspected. So even if a movie is made it is useless. Seemingly for now no approval would be sent, everyone is waiting!"
