The Sandra Ng Kwan Yu, Ronald Cheng Chung Kei, Gigi Leung Wing Kei, Edan Lui Cheuk On starred Lunar New Year film CHILLI LAUGH STORY (HOM GA LAT) will open on Lunar New Year's Day. Earlier they shot the promotional poster as the character relationships were unveiled. Edan played the feuding couple Cheng Chung Kei and Leung Wing Kei's son. Angela Yuen Lai Lam guest starred as Edan's girlfriend; as Edan suffered "torture" at the hands of Kwan Yu and Yuen Lai Lam.
On the day of the poster shoot, Gigi even brought cake for everyone. When Gigi saw Edan wolfed his down, she got into character and asked Yuen Lai Lam to make one too because her son had quite an appetite. Yuen Lai Lam coordinated and joked, "He is very hard to raise, but I can handle it." Gigi joked that she was "drooling" over daughter in law Yuen Lai Lam, since good girls have a lot of suitors. She even jokingly told Edan, "Get your act together, I really like this daughter in law."
