Chapman To Man Jat yesterday announced with the support of Satellite television movie channel and Emperor Motion Picture's "Go Local" the official establishment of the "Hong Kong Film" production company. In 3 years he will produce 5 local films. Ah Jat said, "Emperor isn't giving me the principle to start my own company. This is a collaboration with them.
