TVB's anniversary recommended talk show, the Luisa Lai Chi San hosted BEST ACTOR, invited a different superstar for each episode. They are all Best Actors in the minds of viewers like Andy Lau Tak Wa, Anthony Wong Chau Sun, Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Lau Ching Wan, Nicholas Tse Ting Fung, Louis Koo Tin Lok, Nick Cheung Ka Fai, Francis Ng Chun Yu, Dior Cheng Yi Kin, Richie Jen (Yam Yin Chai), Tony Leung Ka Fai and Eric Tsang Chi Wai. Chi San said that all the guests shared little secrets that few knew about.

TVB yesterday promoted the program and aired program highlight and behind the scene footage. Lai Chi San's friends Tam Yuk Ying, Wong Chi Yin, Choi Lap, Auyeung Tak Fan, Ho Chiu, Wilson Chin Kwok Wai and Chi San's fore boyfriend Cheung Tat Lun also attended. Chi San excitedly said that when Lau Tak Wa learned that she was asking him for an interview he agreed without any hesitation. Chi San said, "Leung Chiu Wai's acceptance of my interview was also very surprising. Many artists said that they came to help me, which I truly appreciate. They would in their interviews tell some secrets, a lot of which would be details of their lives. Ting Fung recently had something that happened and did not tell everyone, on the program he would mention it."

Lai Chi San said that BEST ACTOR will have 19 episodes and she almost called in all of her favorites. Tse Ting Fung's content was fuller and required 3 episodes. Wong Chau Sun's interview was also divided into 2 episodes. Chi San said, "Chau Sun's content was very interesting, while Ting Fung's was sentimental." Chi San's good friend Miriam Yeung Chin Wa originally planned to attend in support but she has not returned to form after giving birth. Thus yesterday she called Chi San. Chin Wa said that now she was still insisting on breast feeding and so far she has not returned to form. Chin Wa said, "Let me get into shape first, the soonest would be back to work at the end of the month. Otherwise it will be next month." Chin Kwok Wai joked that he saw Stephen Chow Sing Chi pursue Chi San. Chi San also said that on the program she would display some old flames' photos and reminisce.
