The Eric Tsang Chi Wai produced new film GOLDEN JOB (WONG GUM HING DAI) performed well. Two nights ago at a charity banquet he revealed that it already made over 100 million yuan RMB in the Mainland. He hoped that the film would perform well after the Mid Autumn Festival holiday.

Chi Wai happily said that the most important was the good response. "We promoted a lot. This film was made for the five of them. As long as they are happy then it's fine. Later we will promote in Singapore and Malaysia. We will also attend audience appreciation events in Hong Kong. We will split up in hopes of going to more cinemas. We truly are 'thankful'." As for a sequel, Chi Wai said that they would not plan for it so soon. Right now he would like to rest the most, because the film took 11 months to make and they almost went all over the world. Where else would he like to shoot in and how would he bring back his character? Chi Wai joked, "Let's go to Africa. We can make a prequel too."
