Stephen Chow Sing Chi has been under fire from Mrs. Charles Heung Wa Keung but has never directly responded. He only appeared once for his film MERMAID's lead actress recruitment; actually Sing Yeh could not care less as he already secretly began work on his film in Shenzhen. Lately some online caught Sing Yeh at work, with Lam Tsz Chung and the film's executive director Wilson Chin Kwok Wai.
The rumored lead actor Deng Chao also appeared, but Hong Kong representatives Linah Matsuoka and Kabby Hui Nga Ting have not been seen yet. According to Mainland media, Show Lo Chi Cheung and Kitty Zhang Yuqi will participate. Zhang Yuqi will play a villain.
