Zhang Ziyi claimed to be someone with a sense of humor so she would feel very relaxed in a comedy. She also said that in the film she had a "bed scene" with Fan Bingbing and Ho Yun Tung. It sounded fantastic but later she learned that in the film she was sick and they sat by her bedside.
Ho Yun Tung at the press conference said that Zhang Ziyi was a woman that he loved and hated. He loved her because Ziyi made him fall in love with filmmaking and because of this film he returned to the big screen. Now he has four films in negotiation; he hated her because for the film he turned down 40 days of work and lost NT$20 million.
